Welp, there ya have it…….they really were right. All those times I heard “You’ll understand one day” have finally gotten here. Our son Jack is now 6 months old and man, time really does fly. It seems like it was just yesterday when I was sitting in the hospital room holding him after he had just been born. Life for Marci and I has certainly changed in the last 6 months…for the better. Having a child matures a person almost about as much as getting married does. It such a huge blessing. You know the bible says “children are a blessing from the Lord” and I totally see why. God has been so good to us and he continues to poor out his blessings on my awesome family.
I know there are lots of people out there, family, friends, and others who check up on us by reading this blog. Thanks for visiting. I hope you’ll continue to pray for us as we seek to serve the Lord here in Louisville. I’m terribly sorry for the long span between this blog and my last one. I really hope to update this more often.
